Backfiring and flame´s

Hallo to you all!
I just purchase a 92-modell SAVAGE
Well, here is the problem I need to ask you about. I´ts heavy backfiring and flame´s coms out of my new drag-pipes and after not more then 10 km the exhaust-pipe has becom coloured in the rainbows all colours and it gets quite hot too. So my question what cause this and how can I solve it. Is it the carburator or what?
